About Me

My story

Hi, I’m Dawn, and I love helping people create calmer, more manageable spaces so they can feel more at ease in their homes. I care deeply about living authentically, sustainably, and with kindness and integrity.

People often describe me as patient, practical, and gentle, and that’s exactly the kind of atmosphere I aim to create when I work with clients: calm, supportive, and productive. I’m naturally curious about people and the world around me, and I always hope to make a positive difference to both.

Over the years, I found myself naturally helping friends and family through sorting projects, house moves, and life’s many transitions. A real turning point came when I offered support sorting out a loved one's belongings and realised this was more than something I was good at. It was something I truly cared about and wanted to do.

My background brings together practical organisation and people-focused support, shaped by experience in operational management and many years of teaching in the UK and overseas, including several international moves. My growing understanding of neurodiversity, along with my own experience of living with and learning about ADHD, helps me support clients with empathy and insight, especially those who may be feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start.

My commitment - Ethical, respectful and client led

The way I work is shaped by values I hold deeply. Not just policies, but the way I show up every session.

Your Decisions, Always

Nothing is moved, removed, or donated without your explicit agreement. Your home, your belongings, your choices — I guide and support, never decide.

Confidentiality & Discretion

Everything I see and hear in your home stays private. No photos shared, no stories told, no details disclosed — ever — without your written consent.

Environmentally Responsible

Reuse, donation, and recycling are always prioritised over disposal. I work with local donation routes and take care of drop-offs so you don't have to.

Emotional Awareness

Clutter is often connected to grief, stress, and life change. I work with patience and empathy — never rushing, never judging, always present.

Safeguarding & Safety

I hold an Enhanced DBS and have completed safeguarding training. I work in a way that keeps both of us safe, with clear professional boundaries always maintained.

Transparent & Accountable

Pricing is clear, agreements are written, and expectations are set from the start. If anything needs to change, I communicate openly and early.
